A full portrait session is:

• 1 to 2 hours
• location changes allowed
• wardrobe changes allowed

A short session is:

• up to 1 hour
• one location
• no full wardrobe changes
• adding a jacket in some shots is allowed

This is a session where we work together to create the images you need for your Web site or other marketing.  Refer to Photography Services pricing.

Images will be sized in standard head shot dimension 2x3, portrait orientation, at 300 dpi, delivered via our on line client gallery as digital image files. Custom dimensions may be substituted when communicated at or before the time of the session.  Payment due in advance of session.

Simple Enhance/Retouch/Crop/Format/Size Minimum $20 per image
Complex Retouch $60/hr
Design $60/hr

*Plus expenses to be detailed in contract, i.e. travel, mileage, equipment, models, props, site fees, etc.

Image format delivered will be jpg unless otherwise specified in advance, i.e. RAW, tif

$300 minimum per job (waived for clients on retainer)

The Essence Captured Equine Photography Group is available to cover events and provide images for purchase to event participants.  Booking requires the following:

• Guarantee of $250+ in sales for small events (1-2 hours)
• Guarantee of $500+ in sales for large events  (3-5 hours)
• Paid or waived admission to event
• Paid or waived parking
• Travel Stipend for all events outside Photographer's Home Region
• Link to Essence Captured's on line Gallery on event Web site
• E-mail message sent to participants with link to Image Gallery after event

Your full payment will hold your event date.  Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will result in a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee.
